Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification.
Please Note:
We kindly ask that your billing address and shipping address match. Be sure to enter the correct billing address associated with your bank card.
If the billing address does not match, your payment may be declined.
Should you see a pending transaction after a declined attempt, rest assured - it’s only a hold and will automatically drop off. This simply indicates that a transaction was attempted.

Please note: Orders placed on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. -

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mommy and Me Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local post office or carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hair extensions, wigs, or other hair-related products.
Exceptions & Eligibility for Exchanges
We accept exchanges only in the case of:
Defective or damaged items (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
Incorrect items received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
